Refund Policy

When a subscription refund is available and how to request one.

Eligibility

This policy applies to subscriptions. We provide a refund if the service did not work through our fault or if a payment was processed by mistake. Requests are reviewed case by case. Nothing in this policy limits applicable consumer rights.

How to request

Email support@growthhack.social from the address used for the purchase. We respond within 3 business days.

Processing

Creem is the Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Effect

The subscription ends at the end of the paid period.
