Terms of Use
What the service does, what you are responsible for, and what we do not promise.
What the service does
GrowthHack Social collects material from the sources you specify, prepares post drafts from it and publishes the texts you approve to Threads on schedule. Nothing is published without your approval: every post passes through your review.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for actions taken under your account. By registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the email address you provided belongs to you.
Social accounts
You connect your Threads account yourself and can disconnect it at any time. By connecting it you allow the service to publish on your behalf what you have approved and to read the statistics of your publications. The platform's own rules continue to apply — breaking them remains your responsibility.
Publication content
Texts are prepared by a language model, but the decision to publish is yours, and responsibility for what is published is yours too. A model can get facts wrong — check what you approve.
You may not use the service to:
- publish unlawful content;
- send spam or run mass automated activity;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- circumvent the limits of the platforms you publish to;
- publish, store or process sexually explicit content, nudity, or any other adult (NSFW) material — the service may not be used for any NSFW purpose.
Limits
The number of publications and platform requests is limited by the platforms' own rules and by your project settings. The service respects these limits; if a limit is exhausted, publication is rescheduled rather than lost.
What we do not promise
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: it depends on the availability of Threads, model providers and our infrastructure. We do not guarantee audience growth, reach or sales — the result depends on your content and your market.
We are not liable for lost profit or indirect damages related to use of the service, nor for the actions of platforms, including the blocking of your account on their side.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are broken or if actions harm the service and other users; we will tell you the reason by email.
Subscription and payment
The service works on a subscription. Available plans and current prices are shown on the pricing page and in your account. Each plan has explicit limits for credits, projects and team members.
How you are charged. The subscription renews automatically once per paid period until you cancel it. Payments are handled by the payment provider Creem; card details are processed by them, never reach us and are not stored by us. Receipts and charge history come from them as well.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancelling does not cut the subscription off immediately: you keep the paid period to its end.
If a payment fails. The subscription is not renewed for a new paid period until the payment succeeds.
Refunds. If the service did not work through our fault, or a charge went through by mistake, write to support@growthhack.social — we will look into it and refund. Consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract are not limited by this text.
Price changes. We notify you by email in advance about a price increase for an active subscription, and it takes effect from the next period — you have time to cancel. We will not silently charge more than you agreed to.
Payments are processed by Creem (Merchant of Record). You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal; the paid period simply runs out.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal law of the United Arab Emirates. The parties will try to resolve disputes by correspondence at support@growthhack.social before going to court.
